Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures for canceling or seeking a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Cancellations
Studio One & Studio Four (6-hour window):
If you cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled slot, the amount you’ve paid will be credited for a future booking at any of our studios, as long as that new booking is made within 30 days of the cancellation.
Please note: this credit can be used only once. If the rescheduled booking is cancelled, or if there’s a no-show, the amount paid up to that point will not be carried forward and won’t be refunded.
Studio Two & Studio Three (24-hour window):
If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot, the amount you’ve paid will be credited for a future booking at any of our studios, as long as that new booking is made within 30 days of the cancellation.
Please note: if the rescheduled booking is cancelled, or if there’s a no-show, the amount paid up to that point will not be carried forward and won’t be refunded.
Late cancellations (outside the windows above):
If you cancel after the time windows mentioned above, the booking will be marked as cancelled, and the amount paid will not be refunded or adjusted
Damages & Losses
Any damage to the any property of the studio will be the responsibility of the booking party and damages, including loss of revenue, need to be incurred by the booking party
Due diligence is the responsibility of the booking party and any damage to the equipment or crew for whatever reason is not the responsibility of the studio.
While the studios are treated for sound, fragments of noise from exceptional and rare external events can penetrate through. The studio is not responsible for such external events.
At Studios Two and Three, booking parties can do any sort of customization and movement in the sets but the reset to the exact original state is required before the next morning 7AM or next shoot at the studio, whichever is earlier. If this is not honored by the booking party, the studio will do this at its end and charge the booking party for the same.
At Studio One and Four, booking parties can move things around but no painting or nailing can be done on the walls. No changes can be made to the furniture or the props apart from moving their positions.
Refunds
In case of any refunds approved by Cellar Door Productions Private Limited, it will take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.
